Не совсем понял причину...Вообще я много косячил: заходил с разных кампов, оплчивал на прямой счет ПП.Могли меня заблючить за то что у меня счет на ebay был не положительный? botanik Стандартная причина бана для активных новичков.У меня на новом акке тоже самое сейчас. Старый и раскрученный акк слава богу пока не прикрыли.Заходи в свой акк. Там будут ссылки, иди по ним и отправляй запрос, мол за что забанили?Получив ответ что мол мы так стараемся обеспечить безопасность. Отправьте факсом такие доки.Отправляй им документы и через 2-3 недели наверное разбанят.А fee все оплати. Эта опция у тебя должна быть доступна. Могут. Связывайся с ними и договаривайся.
