Мне кажется, что это для того, чтобы ваш ID каким-то образом был связан с вашей деятельностью на аукционе. Допустим, вы торгуете автомобильными генераторами и имеете ID, скажем, ivan_petrov. Применительно к этому случаю лучше, чтобы ID был связан с генераторами, например, vaz_generator :)
