Приобращение в тех поддержку просят подтвердить мою личность. им нужно 2 документа один паспорт и какой то второй. кто сталкивался с этим конкретно подскажите, я не понимаюб какой им нужен второй документ, то ли адрес свой просят подтвердить то ли еще что то, вот

выбесили просто , нервы были не пределе ночью, так как выиграл торги на лот за которымгоняюсь уже месяц, но сегодня общался с девушкой все нормально они не обиделись ) просят меня 2 документа паспорт и еще какой то, что мне делать какой второй документ им предоставить ?
