Покупал в сентябре фигню (фонарик) стоимостью 5,31 + трекномер.
продавец сначала выдал трекномер, который фиг-знает сколько "летел". На мой вопрос о судьбе посылки, продавец вдруг сообщил, что почта вернула обратно посылку...и предложил вернуть 4 бакса. переписка с ними похожа на торг на рынке.. пришлось на палке открыть диспут и позже перевести его в клейм.

I hope that you tried to execute my order, but I don't understand one moment -
In my order I see next text : "Commodity price : 5.31 + Tracking number: 1.99". I pay you 7,30$ for all (product and shipping).
If I don't pay all money - I don't receive product, right?
Vice versa : "I don't receive product" - this means, that "not need to pay all money".
I want to get back the full amount of the order.

I understand your concern,but we shipped out the order from our country to your country,it will cost shipping fee and we paid it for you,as I've mentioned that the shipping cost and the tracking fee were charged by the shipping company,not us,so we need to deduct them from the refund,I hope you can understand.

I don't understand the problem.
I believe that the delivery can not be free.
Cost of goods + fee track number = real price of goods + real price of track number + shipping cost+your profit.
I do not know anything about the ban on sending light, therefore if the parcel is returned back, it was not my fault and I don't have to pay for it . I think, you can claim the money back from your mail service, not from me.
Since the transaction is not completed, and I have not received the goods, I decided, that I can't pay the money.

Как вы считаете - если посылка не получена покупателем, он ведь не должен нести
никаких финансовых потерь?
